We have had some issues with the Design Base system not installing with proper Administrator permission's. To correct this please try the steps below.

We have also had issues with a conflict between the 64 bit version of CorelDRAW X6 running on system with the 32 bit version of MicroSoft Office on 64 bit systems. I have been working with the 32 bit version myself as I have several plug-ins from other developers that will not work in X6.

You will find instructions for fixing these issues outlined in detail below.

Force installation of Design Base with Administrative Privilege's

Step One

Uninstall Current Installations

Go to the C drive on your system and in the Advanced Tshirts folder you will see a file name ADE. Delete that file.

Then in Advancedtshirts folder you will see the Design Base folder in the folder you will see an unistaller file. Double click that uninstall the Design Base.

Then go to the Windows Control Panel and Programs or Programs and Features and look for the Microsoft Access Data Base Engine and uninstall that. If you do see the database engine file then skip this step.

Step Two

Download the latest Versions of the Design Base and Fashion Factory with the links below.

Download the Fashion Factory

Step Three

Install or Run as Administrator

Install the latest version of Design Base and Fashion Factory as Administrator.

To do this right click on the installation files and select Run as Administrator which should install the system and database engine correctly.

Uninstall the 64 bit Verion of CorelDRAW and Install the 32 bit version of CorelDRAW X6

Step One

Uninstall the 64 bit version of CorelDRAW X6

Go to the Control Panel and Programs or Programs and Features and select CorelDRAW X6 and uninstall the program.

Step Two

Install the 32 bit version of CorelDRAW X6

If you are using a CorelDRAW X6 download only version you will need to log into your www.corel.com account and download the 32 bit version of CorelDRAW X6 and run the installation from the download.
